ZRM is to roll hot-rolled coils to cold-rolled products of thickness 0.25mm. This mill is the heart of the cold rolling plant because of consideration of this type of rolling mill based on its ability to produce qualified surface, precise thickness and dimensions of the coils. |
Tension Leveling Line(TLL) |

Coil Grinding Line (CGL) |
CGL grinds the defects of surface to achieve higher quality. | Roll Grinding Machine (RG) |
RG grinds the surface of the mill rolls. It influences on the surface quality of the cold rolled product, particularly when surface brightness requirement is as high as ± 0.02μ .Thus, there is a direct bearing on final product quality of RG. |
Grinding and Polishing Line (GPL) |
GPL not only grinds the defects of surface but also polishes to finish products become No.4 and Hair-Line. | Coil Inspection Line(IPL) |
IPL is the final process on surface quality and product grading to offer complete information to our customers. |
